Our client is a renewable energy company recruiting a Head of Business Development based in the Philippines. This leadership role will drive project origination, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to support continued business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and project origination activities.
- Develop relationships with commercial, industrial, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support transaction execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams on project development.
- Lead and mentor the business development team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development or commercial experience in renewable energy.
- Strong track record originating and closing renewable energy projects.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
