The opportunity
Our client is a renewable energy investment platform recruiting an Investment Manager based in the Philippines. This role will lead investment transactions and support the growth of the company's renewable energy portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute renewable energy investments.
- Lead financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Structure and negotiate investment transactions.
- Manage relationships with developers, lenders, and investors.
- Monitor portfolio performance and value creation initiatives.
- Support investment strategy and pipeline development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in investments, M&A, project finance, or transaction advisory.
- Renewable energy transaction experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
