The opportunity
Our client is a renewable energy company recruiting a Senior Finance Manager based in the Philippines. This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, and business partnering across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Support project finance, investment analysis, and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership on business strategy and performance.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred).
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance.
- Strong financial modelling, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
